Volunteer member of Ad Hoc group for the Chilean Constitutional Vote. Drafted white paper introducing the public trust doctrine to Chilean lawyers and academics. Oregon Supreme Court amicus brief in Chernaik v. Brown (Principal Author). In support of plaintiffs’ claim that the state of Oregon breached its public trust obligations by not developing a scientifically defensible plan to curb greenhouse gas emissions that are destabilizing the climate.
