Biography

Bonnie is a technology-focused corporate attorney with executive-level legal experience both as Chief Legal Officer to several high-growth, private-equity backed companies, and more recently in private practice. Bonnie has represented organizations at all stages of growth – from their first investment round through their eventual acquisition. She has a deep expertise in emerging technologies, SaaS, IoT and software licensing, legal operations, corporate governance, raising capital and M&A transactions. She also has extensive experience in data privacy and cybersecurity issues, having implemented and managed privacy and security compliance programs for companies in highly regulated industries.

 

Bonnie holds a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an M.B.A from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. She received a certificate in M&A from Stanford.
