Biography
Nora J. Broker is a Roger Cooke Legal Fellow at Oregon Public Broadcasting, where her practice includes a broad array of in-house public media issues, from public records to content and intellectual property advising to policy advocacy. Prior to her time at OPB, she served as a civil rights litigator and union-side labor attorney at Bennett Hartman, LLP in Portland, Oregon, with a special focus on representing union teachers and nurses. Nora received at JD magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2015.
