Ms. Laidlaw helps families navigate legal conflict with a focus on preserving relationships and promoting effective communication. She brings a practical, trauma-aware, and solutions-oriented approach to family restructuring and enjoys teaching students how to support clients in building durable, out-of-court resolutions.

Ms. Laidlaw received her JD from the University of San Diego School of Law and her BBA from the College of William & Mary. She is admitted to practice in Oregon and California.
