Biography
Brian has been practicing law since 2009 and is a partner at Wildwood Law Group LLC in Portland, Oregon. He co-founded the firm in 2019.
Brian’s practice focuses on intellectual property (IP), business transactions, and privacy. He helps clients obtain and enforce valuable IP rights, comply with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, other state-level laws), respond to data-security incidents, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts.
Brian’s business practice is informed by the years he spent as a litigator early in his career: he appreciates how changes to contract language may impact future disputes.
