Biography
Caleb Norris is an associate in the Portland, Oregon office of Hobbs, Straus, Dean & Walker LLP. Caleb advises clients on a number of issues, with a particular focus on tribal self-determination and self-governance as it relates to government, healthcare, housing, and education. Caleb is a 2020 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law. While in school, he interned at the Tribal Law and Policy Institute and clerked at the Native American Rights Fund. In his free time, he enjoys endurance cycling, the movies, and following his beloved Chicago Cubs.
