Biography

Darlene Pasieczny (“Pah-shetch-nee”) (she/her/hers) is a litigator and appellate attorney based in Portland, Oregon. Having recently spent 11 years with a mid-sized downtown law firm, she launched Pasieczny Law LLC in January 2026. Her practice includes securities litigation and FINRA arbitration, as well as trust & estate fiduciary litigation, elder financial abuse cases, shareholder & partner disputes, complex civil litigation, and civil appeals.

 

Related to her securities law practice, Ms. Pasieczny is a public member and Chair of FINRA’s National Arbitration and Mediation Committee, an advisory committee to FINRA’s Board of Governors regarding the rules and processes of FINRA’s dispute resolution programs. She served as the 2021 Chair of the Oregon State Bar’s Securities Regulation Section. From 2017-2023, she served on the Board of Directors for the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association, a national bar association for attorneys representing investors in securities disputes.
