Biography

Nick (he/him) serves as Climate and Energy Attorney at Breach Collective, providing legal and strategic support to grassroots partners around the country. He has significant experience in climate, energy, and air quality law and policy, as well as unique knowledge of municipal level strategies for restricting the activities of the fossil fuel industry. Before joining Breach, Nick served as the staff attorney at the Center for Sustainable Economy and environmental policy staffer for Portland City Commissioner Chloe Eudaly. He earned his JD at the University of Oregon and his LLM in Law & Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
