Biography
Amanda is a privacy and technology attorney at IdeaLegal, a boutique business, privacy and intellectual property firm in Portland. She has been practicing in the area of technology, data protection and privacy for over 15 years and counsels clients on development of global privacy compliance programs including creation of policies, procedures and training, and drafting and negotiating privacy and security and technology related agreements. Amanda earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California at Los Angeles. She holds both CIPP/E (Europe) and CIPP/US (United States) certifications.
