How do I register for Voices for Justice?
Registration for Voices for Justice is here. The event will be livestreamed through Zoom Webinar, with an opportunity to participate in a silent auction. Instructions will be sent to all who RSVP before the event on how to participate in the auction and access the livestream.
Please note: you must select the “Complimentary Admission” option on the Tickets and Sponsorship page in order to be registered. If you choose to make a donation in addition to securing your complimentary ticket, you must select both the “Complimentary Admission” and “Cash Donation” options in order to ensure you receive registration information. We are thankful for all donations during this unprecedented time!
How do I participate in the virtual event?
The virtual event is Wednesday, September 23rd. Pre-show starts at 3:40pm (PST). Live Stream starts at 4:00pm (PST). The link to join is here: https://us02web.zoom.us/w/86052700127.
Please RSVP so we know you are joining us. We will invite you to register as a bidder and keep you informed on all the exciting details.
The week of the event, we will post the link to the livestream here. We recommend you tune in with 2 devices (computer/tablet and mobile phone) or open 2 tabs on your computer. This will allow you to watch the livestream, bid and give in the mobile bidding platform during the event. It is free to watch the live program. If you would like to bid in our online auction or participate in our moment of giving, see below.
Do I need a ticket to attend the event?
Yes! Just like an in-person event, we are asking all guests to RSVP so you can stay informed with event information. RSVP by selecting the Register button above.
How much does it cost to attend the event?
This event is free! However, guests can choose to financially support NCVLI by making a gift online before, during, or after the livestream event.
How do I make a donation during the event?
If you would like to participate in our moment of giving during the live program, click this link to our bidding page and follow the steps below.
- Click “Start Bidding” in the upper right-hand corner and set up your Greater Giving account. You will be asked to enter and verify your email, enter your personal details, and your card information. Think of this step as “check-in” for the event. If you have attended a virtual auction before and already have an account, simply log in.
- Once your account is set up click on “Donate Now” to participate in the paddle raise.
- From here, you can select the amount you would like to donate and track the progress towards our goal.
How does the online auction work?
The entire auction is online this year. The online auction will open at 5:00 pm Pacific on Friday, September 18, 2020 and will close at 11:59 p.m. Pacific on Sunday, September 27, 2020.
When the auction begins, you will be able to view each auction package and bid as often and as much as you’d like. If you do not want to bid on items but still want to support NCVLI, you can make a donation before and during the event through the online auction website.
If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package?
Auction winners will be contacted by staff the following Monday to arrange delivery.
