Rob Lothrop
Rob Lothrop, '81, Manager of Policy Development and Litigation Support for the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC), has worked with CRITFC since 1981. He has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing fish and wildlife measures in the Columbia Basin. He published an influential article on the role of cost-benefit analysis in developing and implementing the Fish and Wildlife Program of the Northwest Power Planning Council (now known as the Northwest Power and Conservation Council), addressing the appropriate use of a variety of economic tests in development of fisheries mitigation policy.
Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law is located in Wood Hall on the Law Campus.
