Business Law Curriculum

Academic offerings in business law at Lewis & Clark are robust, with a large number and variety of courses. For those who wish to specialize, we offer designated certificates in business, intellectual property, and federal tax law, and, in cooperation with our environmental and natural resources law program, we also offer a certificate in energy, innovation, and sustainability. Certificates are intended to recognize students for their achievements and to inform prospective employers that these students have completed a rigorous course of study in the subject area.

We also offer a joint JD/MBA degree in conjunction with Portland State University.
