Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has four divisions: Global Development, Global Policy & Advocacy, Global Health, and the U.S. Program. The Global Development division aims to improve access to basic necessities and sanitation. The Global Policy division advocates for policy analysis and public awareness of global issues, while the Global Health division works to improve access to vaccines and health care. Finally, the U.S. Program works to address social inequity and poverty. This foundation provides paid positions, fellowships, and unpaid internships.
