Frances Miller is the founder and executive director of Full Circle Farm, a small equine sanctuary in Jessamine County, KY whose focus is the lifetime care of standardbred and thoroughbred mares and fillies who are unable to be ridden due to age or health. Frances has been involved in equine and canine welfare for several decades. Having grown up partially in the United Kingdom and on both coasts within the United States, she is mindful of the need for a global approach to animal welfare, which entails diplomacy, partnership and collaboration. Frances is honored to join the MSL Online Animal Law program and is excited to learn from and partner with those who share a passion for animal welfare and a vision for a safer, more compassionate world for all animals.
