James Henry is VP, Chief Commercial and IP Counsel at ZoomInfo, where he has spent eight years helping guide the company’s transformation from startup to a publicly traded leader with over $1.2 billion in annual revenue. He has directly supported more than ten strategic acquisitions at ZoomInfo while overseeing Commercial, IP, and Partnership legal functions. James has been recognized as one of the “World’s 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders” by World’s Leaders (2023) and Modern Counsel’s “35 Under 35” (2022). He earned his JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and holds a BA in History from Montana State University Billings.
