Nina grew up in Massachusetts before moving to Oregon in 2018. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2022 with a BS in Marine Biology with a minor in Environmental Studies. She grew up in a household with an array of pets ranging from dogs to turtles which stemmed her love for animals.
She hopes to interconnect her background in marine biology with animal policy. Specifically, focusing on marine conservation to acquire a profound understanding of the policies that impact the protection of marine animals. It’s pertinent that we educate ourselves and others regarding the issues and laws that affect animals to enact a positive change.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside hiking, biking, walking, photography, and watching the Thorns at Providence Park.
Center for Animal Law Studies is located in Wood Hall on the Law Campus.
