Oswald Tafadzwa Marondedze is a driven and ambitious attorney with vast experience in private practice, specializing in litigation. Having obtained his LL.B from the Midlands State University in 2021, he has since established himself as an expert in litigation.
Oswald is a seasoned litigator with a portfolio that spans multiple industries and legal disciplines. He has experience in Corporate Litigation, where he has represented companies, trusts, and parastatals in complex legal disputes. His litigation has also extended to mining law, labor law and corporate governance.
Having worked with various local and foreign clients, his cross-border expertise is indicative of his ability to navigate cross-border legal issues and capability to advise clients on multi-jurisdictional legal issues and dispute resolution.
He distinctively approaches his legal work with a fusion of intellectual curiosity and a creative-artistic vision. This has yielded innovative solutions and perspectives that have greatly informed his legal strategy and advocacy.
Oswald’s appreciation for art speaks to his ability to not only think outside the box but without the box. He navigates complex legal problems with finesse. With particular regards to animal conservation, Oswald intends to build and develop a non profit that primarily focuses on animal conservation in Africa.
