Biography

As Senior Law School Programs Attorney for the Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF), Priscilla Rader Culp develops and implements ALDF’s Animal Law Program’s law school and student chapter initiatives. This includes ALDF’s annual Student Convention, student chapter special events, the independent study program, scholarships, law professor support, and mentorship. Priscilla earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy, ethics, society, and law at Pacific University where she specialized in animal ethics. In law school, Priscilla focused on animal law and academia, co-directing Lewis & Clark Law School’s Animal Legal Defense Fund Student Chapter, serving as the 2014 Animal Law Conference student coordinator, and clerking with Mercy for Animals, the Animal Legal Defense Fund’s Litigation Program, and the Center for Animal Law Studies at Lewis & Clark Law School.
