Ms. Fox earned her JD, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2012, with a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. During law school Ms. Fox was a two-time finalist in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition hosted by Pace Law School in New York. Upon graduation, she was selected to receive the Natural Resources Law Institute Leadership Award and Williamson Public Interest Environmental Law Award for her work in public interest environmental law. From 2012 to 2015, Ms. Fox worked for the Northwest Environmental Defense Center, focusing on Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act environmental enforcement litigation. From 2015 to 2022, Ms. Fox worked as a Staff Attorney for WildEarth Guardians to protect wild places and wildlife across the West, litigating cases under the Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and National Forest Management Act. She also taught undergraduate courses in environmental law at Lewis & Clark College, and climate change law at the University of California, Santa Barbara. As an Attorney at Environmental Advocates, Ms. Fox represents environmental and community groups in litigation designed to advance conservation and environmental protection. Ms. Fox is licensed in Washington, Oregon, and California.
I came to law school because I was passionate about protecting and improving the environment for future generations. Lewis & Clark gave me the perfect springboard of education, legal tools, networking, and confidence to achieve this dream.
