Elena Prats is a theoretical scholar with a multidisciplinary C.V. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy, Asian Studies, and Law, and Master of Arts degrees in Internationalization and Bioethics, and an LLM in Law. A qualified lawyer in Spain and doctoral candidate at the Universities of Uppsala (Sweden) and Pompeu Fabra (Spain), Elena has a strong interest in disseminating animal law in Europe as an academic discipline as well as practically improving the lives of animals through the law. These interests led her to study for her Animal Law LLM at Lewis & Clark Law School.
