Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence (DCADV)

The Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence is a statewide, nonprofit organization of domestic violence agencies and individuals working to eliminate domestic violence.  Their website has referrals to local resources and service providers for victims statewide, such as shelter services.
