Office Support
Administrative Support
Each faculty member is assigned a legal assistant. Your legal assistant is your main office support person and is knowledgeable about school procedures. Rita Martinez, Director of Faculty Services (ritamartinez@lclark.edu), can help coordinate your work load if your legal assistant is not available.
Legal Assistants:
- Ronna Craig, Legal Specialist (ronnac@lclark.edu), 503-768-6716
- Lydia Ruiz-Hom, Legal Specialist (lruiz-hom@lclark.edu), 503-768-6832
- For evening help until 6:00 pm, contact Andy Marion (amarion@lclark.edu).
Bookstore
Lewis & Clark Law School bookstore stocks course textbooks and materials. Faculty should order textbooks for their classes through the bookstore at least one month before the start of the term. If class material includes photocopied documents that are larger than 20 pages, copies should be made at the law school and sold through the bookstore to students at cost. The bookstore needs to receive photocopied class material at least two weeks before the start of the term. (For help with copying, ask your faculty legal assistant several weeks in advance.) The bookstore is located on the second floor of the Legal Research Center, near the courtyard door. (lawbooks@lclark.edu)
