International Tax
International Tax is no longer offered at Lewis & Clark Law. Students may periodically have the opportunity to study this subject for law school credit through BARBRI Legal Ed, although we are not able to predict in advance when or if that opportunity will arise. If the course is offered, the precise subjects covered, their arrangement, and the manner of assessment will depend upon the professor who teaches in a given term. Please contact Associate Dean Libby Davis for guidance about the possibility of taking the course through BARBRI Legal Ed. If the course is available and the student wishes to take it for credit toward their Lewis & Clark Law degree, please note that Income Tax I will be treated as a prerequisite.
Prerequisite: Income Taxation I

The American Bar Association accreditation standards require students to regularly attend the courses in which they are registered. Lewis & Clark expects students to attend classes regularly and to prepare for classes conscientiously. Specific attendance requirements may vary from course to course. Any attendance guidelines for a given class must be provided to students in a syllabus or other written document at the start of the semester. Sanctions (e.g., required withdrawal from the course, grade adjustment, and/or a failing grade) will be imposed for poor attendance.
