  • Description: An overview of aggregate civil litigation. Most of the seminar will focus on federal multidistrict litigation and class actions. Special attention will be given to creating and managing multidistrict litigation matters, certifying and administering class actions, settling aggregate cases, awarding attorneys’ fees, arbitration and aggregation, and policy issues.
