  • Description:  This advanced practical skills course, led by an experienced labor and employment attorney, offers students hands-on experience in labor and employment law. The course includes lectures, in-class exercises, and out-of-class simulations, which covers the entire employment lifecycle from hiring to termination. Students will apply legal concepts to real world scenarios and create a professional portfolio of essential documents, such as investigation reports and post-hearing briefs. In addition to regular class sessions, students must complete at least one hour per week outside of class for simulations. Due to the collaborative nature of the course, attendance is mandatory, with exceptions only for excused absences. This course equips students with the critical skills and knowledge needed to excel as a labor and employment lawyer.
