Degrees

Honors

Degrees with distinction, also known as Latin honors, are awarded on the basis of the overall academic record: cum laude for a combined average of 3.30 to 3.64, magna cum laude for an average of 3.65 to 3.84, and summa cum laude for an average of 3.85 and higher.

Master of studies in law students and international master of laws students are graded under a different system and cannot qualify for Latin honors. They may, however, earn honors for academic excellence.

Students receiving honors of any kind are so indicated in the lists above.
