Arizona’s Homicide Survivors Inc provides support groups, counseling, funding for funeral expenses, and other resources for survivors of homicide.

The Center for Victim and Human Rights (CVHR) is a 501(c)(3) organization that was established in 2008 with the specific purpose of providing comprehensive legal representation to victims of crime and human rights abuses, who often lack the safety and resources necessary to access available legal remedies.

Legal Services for Crime Victims in Arizona (LSCVA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit legal charity founded in 2012. LSCVA’s mission is to provide free legal representation in criminal cases to victims of crime in Arizona, with priority to victims of domestic violence and sexual violence. LSCVA asserts and seeks enforcement of crime victims’ rights and provides social services to facilitate healing in the aftermath of crime.

Parents of Murdered Children and Other Survivors of Homicide Victims is a self-help 
support organization made up of persons whose loved ones have been murdered.

Violent Crime Victim Services provides emotional support and care to survivors of homicide victims, including crisis intervention, courtroom support and criminal justice information, CVC paperwork, accompaniment to prosecutor’s re-trial meetings, assistance with media, monthly peer support groups, and referrals to mental health professionals who specialize in traumatic death.

Arizona Crime Victim Rights Law Group (AZCVRLG) is an Arizona nonprofit corporation that provides legal services as counsel of record and access to social support services to victims of crime, including but not limited to domestic violence crime victims, white collar crime victims, victims of violent crimes, vehicular crimes, and property crimes at no cost to them. AZCVRLG believes crime victims deserve transparent and respectful communication as we balance a close working relationship with careful attention to victim service needs. Our holistic, client-centered philosophy includes always interacting with crime victims in a dignified and respectful way. 

California Justice for Homicide Victims advocates for the legal rights of survivors of homicide by providing them information about victims’ rights in all aspects of the criminal justice system.

The Victim Rights Project is a joint project between Legal Action of WI and Judicare, which provides fee legal services to victims of crime. The Victim Rights Project works to ensure that a victim’s constitutional and statutory rights are not violated, and when a violation occurs, to seek remedy.

The Network for Victim Recovery of DC (NVRDC) is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive case management and pro bono legal services to all victims of crime in the District of Columbia. NVRDC’s holistic services are provided regardless of income, ethnicity, immigration status, sexual orientation, race, or gender identity/expression. NVRDC runs the District’s on-call crisis response services to survivors of sexual assault who receive a sexual assault forensic exam in the District of Columbia. NVRDC offers victims professional case management services combined with experienced crime victims’ rights attorneys. The legal staff also represent sexual assault survivors within the context of college or university administrative proceedings and Title IX enforcement and complaints.
