Maddy Masaryk is a 3L pursuing a certificate in business law. Maddy attended THE Ohio State University for undergrad and graduated with a degree in finance. Prior to returning to school, Maddy worked at a real estate development firm. Maddy’s work in real estate was centered around financial modeling and capital stack coordination for a wide variety of multifamily and commercial projects. Maddy hopes to leverage her law degree to tackle real estate, land use, and affordable housing from the legal lens. Outside of school, Maddy likes to hike with her dog Winnie, go for long bike rides, and bake/cook for friends.

Sabrina Butcher is a 3L focused on environmental law. She graduated undergrad from the University of Michigan with a degree in environmental public policy. Between undergrad and law school, Sabrina lived in Chicago and worked as a program coordinator for an environmental nonprofit. She loved working with passionate volunteers on policy she believes in and wants to use her law degree to do similar work at a higher level. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys hiking, cooking vegetarian meals, and reading celebrity memoirs.

 

 

 

Leonie Fruehwirth Leonie Fruehwirth

Leonie Fruehwirth is a 2L passionate about business law. She went to undergrad and finished her Master’s Degree in Europe, before moving to Portland to attend law school. Between her Master’s and law school, Leonie worked in executive recruitment and leadership advisory in Amsterdam. Leonie wants to use her law degree to focus on various business law issues from an international perspective. When not in school, Leonie enjoys hiking, skiing and being a cat mom.
