Textbook information for your courses is posted at the following links. More book selections are being added each day. Please check back periodically if your text is not listed. Where possible, digital/e-book options are included on the lists.

Buying books from the Lewis & Clark Law bookstore ensures that you will get the exact textbooks selected by your professor. This information is also subject to change at the professor’s discretion. In that eventuality, students should be aware that the bookstore staff will only be able to exchange textbooks purchased from the campus bookstore. Prices may change at any time.

The law bookstore will be accepting used books on consignment for summer semester 2025 beginning Wednesday, May 21, 2025, through Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Used casebooks or study guides sold on consignment must be a required or recommended text in the current edition shown on the book list.
